A small selection of the new collection, Nɔstaljya by èsjé, will be featured at the

Tiny Transport exhibition in St George's Arts Centre, Gravesend.

Nɔstaljya, showcases Sierra Leone’s current modes of transport in a tranquil early to mid-90s nostalgic setting. Colours depict a gradient of sepia tones reminiscent of the ‘rɛd dɔti’ (red dirt) clay formed by the iron oxides that form the bedrock of our rich soil. The landscape emphasises the various resources that make Sierra Leone wealthy, such as, the mountains, palm trees, fruit, the sea, the ocean and the beautifully-built mansion-like detached homes that we inhabit.
